Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum

Playing the role of art curator, students were assigned an artist to research then create a gallery exhibition including a catalog of selected pieces. Vito Acconci was assigned to me and while his career and scope of mediums varied greatly, I chose to spotlight his performance art of the 1970s. While this design project is nearly 20 years old, I still find its concept, typography, pagination, and image use incredibly powerful (mock/academic project).
